There has been great progress on one of our current projects, Cheltenham Street! Our team have started to spray plaster the first plots. Spray plaster is great for many reasons: Quicker application, Uniform coverage, Smoother finish, Reduced mess and waste, Thinner coats, Faster drying time and Cost effective.

We are thrilled to share an updated picture of the progress we've made on X1 Cheltenham Street for Bridgestone Construction. From the picture you can see the Knauf Windliner Boards fitted to the SFS we constructed on the external of the building. Our team are also progressing the internal metal and boarding on this project.

Update on Cheltenham Street

We are currently in the process of drylining, forming the corridors and apartments. We have 353 student studio apartments to form as well as communal areas. The next step for us is to first fix in the studio apartments before we can begin the plastering works
Loreto School

We have recently been working on a new project for Rosslee Construction using K Rend Silicone Render to finish the exterior. We are working to enhance the aesthetic and durablity of Loreto School with this rendering product.

We are happy to announce that we are part of a new project in Chelsea, London, working alongside Protect 24 to enhance safety and comfort in numerous apartments. Protect 24 introduced a state-of-the-art sprinkler system and our team have been busy reinstating new ceilings throughout the apartments to accommodate for the new advanced sprinkler system.

On the 21st October 2021 we saw the first lot of residents move into their apartments at Dock 5. We completed the following; Steel frame systems, external windliner board, partitions, plastering and suspended ceilings on three apartment blocks.
